Client Terms & Conditions

At Pristine Spaces LLC, we value your trust and aim to provide a professional, reliable, and exceptional cleaning experience. These terms help keep everything clear and fair.

Our Services

  • We provide Basic, Deep, and Move-In/Move-Out cleaning services, plus customized add-ons.
  • Any additional tasks outside of your selected service must be requested ahead of time and may require an adjusted quote.

Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and electronic payments.
  • Late payments may be subject to a late fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.
  • Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged the full service fee.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you’re not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours.
  • We’ll return to re-clean the specific areas at no extra cost.
  • Re-cleans must be scheduled within 3 days of the original appointment.
  • Refunds are not provided; re-cleans are the sole remedy for dissatisfaction.

Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe access to your property at the scheduled time.
  • Secure valuables and fragile items before we arrive.
  • Notify us about pets, alarms, or special entry instructions in advance.
  • Disclose any hazardous conditions for safety.

Liability & Limitations

  • We are insured and will cover damages caused directly by our team if reported within 24 hours.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, improperly secured items, or permanent stains due to age/wear.

Company Cancellations

On rare occasions, we may need to reschedule due to unsafe conditions, weather, or staff availability. If this happens, you will not be charged and we will promptly reschedule at your convenience.

Ending Services

  • Ongoing service agreements may be ended with 7 days’ written notice.
  • We reserve the right to terminate immediately for unsafe working conditions, repeated cancellations, or unpaid invoices.
